Sandipan is the Chief Strategy Officer for APAC, overseeing digital strategy across all the 17 offices in the region. He leads and is deeply involved in digital transformation client assignments in the region.
He works with Global Leadership to shape the agency vision and strategy and is the author of Isobar’s disruption/transformation strategy framework that is used to consult with companies on how to spot, mitigate the risk and progress opportunities out of disruption.
Sandipan serves on the Steering Committee of the World Economic Forum. He is a member of Isobar’s Global Creative Excellence Council. He is also an integral part of the global Dentsu Aegis Network initiative to organise and implement regular global hackathons with the leading unicorns like Google, Facebook, Amazon and Snap to design disruptive solutions for key global clients.
Prior to Isobar, Sandipan held senior strategy and P&L leadership roles in Y&R/Wunderman, OgilvyOne and DDB/RAPP. He has experience in designing innovation solutions for large incumbents as well as start-ups, in multiple sectors of the economy.
He is a regular in the jury panels at awards shows as well as in the speaking circuit. He also loves training and mentoring young professionals.
