Jenny is the Chief Marketing Officer for HCF, Australia’s third-largest and largest not-for-profit, private health insurer. With a strong focus on digital, Jenny drives innovation in HCF’s marketing strategy with a view to harnessing new technology and digital assets to improve HCF’s business outcomes and the member experience.
With over 20 years’ experience in the marketing and advertising sector, spanning Asia, America and Europe, Jenny’s expertise encompasses digital marketing, advertising, information architecture, technology and database usage in marketing, as well as training. Her focus has largely been on the high level, strategic, business implications of digital and she has previously worked with marketers, agencies and media companies to implement major digital transformation through the evolution or creation of entirely new business models.
Jenny previously founded Ideagarden in 2004, a strategy-led customer management agency that delivers innovative and profitable customer experiences that capture the potential of the connected world. She is an active participant in digital industry associations, speaking frequently at conferences on various aspects of digital and its impact on the marketing and advertising industries.
